“Facing the blank page” is usually an expression of anxiety, frozen procrastination, fear of the fickleness of expression. A cruel and boring, “what do I say?” Seasons Guide is a joyous flip of the blank page, and their approach to designing stationery can be seen as an encouragement to turn a corner rather than fill in every line, or every gap. A friend once described Seasons Guide as a project where the artists are their own target audience. Using it as a search-for and a celebration-of defunct Korean stationery brands, Sarah Wong and Holiday Lim make up Seasons Guide. Formed in 2018, the pair has released a series of stationery booklets (Volumes 1 & 2) consisting of original and collaborative designs with friends over the years.

"빈 페이지를 마주한다"는 것은 일반적으로 불안, 끝없이 미루는 버릇, 변덕에 대한 두려움의 표현입니다. 괴롭고, 지루한, "뭐라고 말해야 할까?"라는 생각. 시즌스 가이드는 빈 페이지를 젖히는 즐거움을 얘기하려 하고, 문구 디자인에 대한 그들의 접근 방식은 모든 줄이나 틈새를 채우기보다는 귀퉁이를 넘어가도록 격려하는 것으로 볼 수 있습니다. 한 친구는 시즌스 가이드를 두고 아티스트가 직접 타겟이 되는 프로젝트라고 설명한 적이 있습니다. 작가 사라웡과 홀리데이림은 사라진 한국의 문구 브랜드를 찾아내고 기념하는 것을 목표로 시즌스 가이드를 구성합니다. 2018년에 결성되어, 두 작가는 수년에 걸쳐 각자, 그리고 친구들과 함께 협업한 디자인으로 구성된 문구류 책자 시리즈(1, 2권)를 출간했습니다.
